But, we only show the homes that work for your financial situation.
How are they personalised to you?
You’ll only see homes where you have at least 5% deposit and where the rent is no higher than 36% of your household income.
That means your household income, and how much deposit you can get your hands on, affect which homes you’ll see on our website.
So 2 people with different incomes and deposits, looking for homes in the same area, might see different homes.
On Rightmove or Zoopla, you might fall in love with a home only to find out later you can't get a mortgage for it. But with Wayhome, we only show you homes we're confident could work for you.
Flexible finances = flexible results
If you're like me, your financial situation can change quite a bit. Sometimes you feel like you can save money, other times you need every single penny.
How much you earn and how much you've managed to save can change. We find that deposits are particularly flexible because you might be able to beg or borrow a bit more for the right home. You might even consider selling things to raise a bit more cash.
So we might also show you homes that work for higher incomes and higher deposits.
For example, if you've got £15,000 deposit, we might also show you a home where you need £17,000.
