Partly, because they haven’t got the property expertise to pick the best performing homes over the long term. Partly because they need to invest in thousands of homes at once to make it worth their while. And partly because it would be tough to manage all the homes. They just aren’t set up to do it.
But we are. We help them invest in residential property by taking on all the bits they can’t do.
In fact, that’s how we make money. We charge the funding partners a fee for helping them invest in residential property. We don’t charge you a penny.
