Right now, we’re focussing on particular areas that have the largest concentration of homes that fit our criteria. The way our data team filter property means we end up with clusters of postcodes with homes we're confident you and the funding partners can buy.

So, although we're buying homes in Bristol, we're not buying in all of Bristol.

We need to be thoughtful and careful about which homes we help you and the funding partners invest in. Down the line, we hope to buy more homes, in more parts of the country, helping more people become homeowners.
