3. Pass a credit check

A credit check helps us understand how you've dealt with money in the past and is a normal part of buying any home.

We’ve partnered with Experian to run soft credit checks. A soft credit check doesn’t appear on your credit history, and so doesn’t affect your score.

Don’t worry if you don’t pass the credit check. You can always re apply in the future.
