Making changes to your home

This is your home so you can paint the walls, change the carpet and nail up your favourite pictures. We call these aesthetic changes, which refer to how something looks.

The only things you can’t do are big structural changes like putting in a new kitchen or adding an extension. Building work can be risky and doesn’t always go to plan.

The good news is that our strict property criteria prevent any homes that need major work slipping through.
