Why the partnership might end

The partnership might end for a couple of reasons:

• You’re able to buy all of the home

• You want to sell the home

In both cases you’ll need to pay for a property valuation and your share of the legal costs to dissolve the partnership.

Property valuation

We ask you to pay for the valuation because, in both cases, you’re choosing to end the partnership.

The valuation needs to be done by a surveyor certified by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). It typically costs about £350 but this may change over time.

Dissolving the partnership

There may be legal and accounting costs to prepare the final documents to close the Partnership. We help you and the funding partners with this.
